Order Policy

Order Policy:

For your comfort and to ensure clear communication, please read the order policy carefully before making a purchase:


1. Order Processing Time:


•Without customization: 15–20 business days (excluding Fridays).

•With customization (color – size – length): 25–30 business days (excluding Fridays).

Note: Fridays are official holidays; no processing or production takes place on that day.


2. Available Customizations:


•Customizations include only:

Color – Size – Length


•Orders cannot be modified once they enter the production stage or after they are received.

•Any order that has started production cannot be changed or canceled.


3. Size Chart:


•The detailed size chart is available on our Instagram page and official website (Aspar).

•The sizes are fixed; the only variation is in the length of the piece according to your preference.

If no length adjustment is requested, the piece will be made in the same length shown in the picture.


•If you wish to adjust the size, length, or have the dress custom-made to your specific measurements,

please write your request clearly in the “Notes” section on the website when placing your order.

Notes sent via Instagram will not be accepted.


•For any inquiries regarding sizes or lengths, please contact us via Instagram messages only before confirming your order.


4. Order Cancellation:


•Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

•If canceled before production begins, the amount will be refunded within 4–6 business days.


5. Returns and Exchanges:


•No returns or exchanges are allowed for any reason except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

•In case of a defect, please contact us within two days of receiving your order and include photo documentation.


6. Communication and Support:


•All inquiries are handled exclusively through Instagram direct messages.

•Please make sure to confirm your measurements and length before placing your order,

as no changes can be made after production begins.


Note: Once the order is shipped, the store is not responsible for the delivery process — coordination will be directly between the customer and the shipping company.
